Can any form of pimple appear on the vermillion of lip?

my lips developed these tiny, white, painless, pimple- looking spots on my lip a year ago. at first i didnt sense it because they appeared normal approaching the inner lining of the mouth subsequent the lips on both side of the upper lip folds. they appear clustered so you wont really make out it unless you look very closely on the mirror and spread some folds of the lip, and it isn't sore also so i dont bother checking on them. they actually appeared one and the same when i first see them and up until now. the didn't proliferate or grow any more. i also notice that i developed tiny, white head similar to spot on my face extending through the borders of my jaws. i also had a call round to my doctor and told me that nothing be wrong. still worrying about it. i cant smile or agree fce to face near someone because they might notice it. can someone inform me if this can happen thankfulness. Can any form of pimple appear on the vermillion of lip?
These are called ectopic grease glands. They are not pimples. Occasionally the body "misplaces" oil glands and the result is white to pale spots on the lip. They are non functional and they have no bleak health consequences.
its not an acne,, acne appears & disappears for a week or several month.. hold it checket
it might be morgellons disease. google it.
sounds like I don`t know an allergic reaction to something you used within that area or ate or I don`t know an infection.
