the drug protonix has sulfa within it? I am deathly allergic and i saw a different doctor today than i usually do and she didnt even ask me if i was allergic to anything. when i be looking through it i saw the word sulfate in it so im a lil concerned. please supportCan anyone detail me if...?
Sulfates and sulphites are not chemically related to sulfonamides (sulfa drugs). Therefore, the protonix should be safe to bring.
Ask the pharmacist. . .call a walgreens or cvs, or something
