Can cancer be determined by Doing a blood exam?

Or do people usually have need of other kind of test?Can cancer be determined by Doing a blood exam?
There are something like 230 different diseases classified as cancer. Leukemia and lymphoma are blood cancer that can be detected in the blood. Other test are necessary if white blood counts are within excess. Specifically a bone marrow aspiration. There are other tests for other cancer. For instance, in prostate cancer a biopsy is required to determine a Gleason score--how bad the cancer is. Many other cancer require biopsies, mri's and various other scan techniques as economically as complete blood work. In short, there is not definitive assessment for cancer since there are so heaps different diseases.
It depends on the form of cancer and how advanced it is.

I believe they can detect something that has to do next to your white blood cell. but you have to enjoy maybe a cat scan or something I believe call a pet scan to see what stage and where the cancer have spread
It depends if the cancer has reach a certain stage. When it is more advanced, the cancer will enter the lymph nodes and next will metastasize, meaning that it go all over the body, which you could detect that on a blood exam. But oftentimes that isn't the case, especially when it's a moment ago on the surface like a skin cancer. They own other tests for those and different things they look for.
