Can anyone explain to me what are these symptoms ?

I have get all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. I diagnosed two times near blood test (TSH) and adjectives in different hospitals. but both time everything be normal and doctors said my thyroid funcion is 100% regular.
But I got these symptoms from final some days like, Dry brittle pelt, Puffy thick encrusted skin, Severe Fatigue, Numbness in fingers, Muscle and shared cramps/pain, Swelling of hand fingers, Constipation, etc. And it look similar to my bones/joints have become sharp edges.
I be on antidepressant Cipralex (Citalopram) for 6 months.
I am really confused now. I don't know I should diagnosed for which decease in a minute.
If anyone knows please explain to me.Can anyone explain to me what are these symptoms ?
My sister's doctor did the same audition on her and said she was fine. He told her to loose weight- she is obese. She go to a different doctor and got a different assessment (sorry not sure what test). She ended getting her thyroid removed. She's fine in a minute.
Her symptoms were.. she be very tired, forgetful, pallid skin- under eyes, glands swollen.
My direction find a new doctor, unless they are likely to work with to amount out what's wrong with you.
