Can falling contained by love do pimples?

I've been stressed out up to that time but I've never had these kind of pimples! Right now, I'm really into someone and suddenly these pop out of nowhere! T_TCan falling contained by love do pimples?
haha.actualyy happend to me twice..while i be going out with these guys...man i be so frustated!!
but honestly..this has other worked for me..do try it:-
Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist heat to the area), and consequently use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, around five or six times. Use soap to wash the nouns, rinse it with heat up water, blot rotten the excess water beside a clean towel, and later treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton globe. It should be gone within five to six hours.
this will back drain the pimple out and not leave defect
it's not love causing the pimples. It Is Stress.

Yes because at your age what you beckon love is really like stress. And love can be incredibly stressful.
Hmm ! -Falling in love as a "stress factor" that cause pimples! -Now THAT'S a new one! :) Are you SURE you want to go and get rid of them??!- I mean, the usual "cure" for getting rid of pimples- is getting rid of the underlying "cause". But I don't THINK you want to do that- contained by this case..! :) So adjectives I can suggest is; wash your frontage as often as you can, & try out some of those pimple medication they sell contained by the Drug Stores... ...And try not to get overly "happy" (?) ...-Nah, -Forget THAT one...-It's WORTH a few pimples! :)
