Cold Sore or Pimple?

I have this really red bump right lower than my bottom lip and now I own a smaller one right above my upper lip. I have have it for 4 days and I thought it was a pimple so I tried to use my proactiv stuff on it, but it have not gone down in size. I purely started putting Abreva on it. But i really would like to know weather it is a pimple or a cold sore! No smart remarks please.Cold Sore or Pimple?
It is relatively possible that it is a blister from sunburn. Our lips are more sensitive than the rest of our skin... and you can use DCT (small peach container sold at the lip balm counter) as a sunscreen to avoid adjectives breakouts. It sounds like a cold sore/sun blister more than a pimple... a pimple would eventually come to a white person in charge... the DCT will help as much as the Abreva.. and is waaaay smaller amount expensive!
does it burn and itch? if so,then it's a cold sore, if, it could just be a pimple
There are an assortment of lip problems that can occur. Therefore, you may hold a cold sore or fever blister or angular cheilitis.
