I'm in TX too... but you might not involve a clinical trial.
Hyperhidrosis can be caused by food allergies, or a mineral/vitamin fewer. I had it for a long time previously learning this.

I have hyperhidrosis and other symptoms for many years. I tried adjectives the usual treatments including ETS surgery, prescriptions, antiperspirants, botox, etc. The surgery was most handy but several years later hyperhidrosis begin to return.
This year I was diagnosed beside food allergies due to celiac disease. I eliminated wheat, dairy, and sugar from my diet. I stopped adjectives prescriptions and began taking supplements beside B Vitamins, Folic Acid, magnesium and other minerals.
