Can you lose down from an itching scalp?

hi, for the past 2 or so years the top ends of my forehead (at my ends of my hairline), the skin have been itching. i don't enjoy lice or anything because only those two areas itch. the itching isn't that horrible, and it individual happens occasionally, but it's be there for a long time, and my skin around it get a little red i reflect on when it does.
then at impossible to tell apart time, i noticed my hairline have receded for a while. not a whole lot, but still, it's concidentally contained by the same exact places that my leader itches where i'm losing/receding quill. would this just be my spine line essentially receding/losing hair (i'm 18) or could this be related to the itching? and if so, would at hand be anyway to get rid of the itching and possibly enjoy the hair grow stern (i'm assuming yes to itching, no to growing back). it hasn't gotten that bad, i in recent times want to make sure i solve it past it gets a great deal worse. thanksCan you lose down from an itching scalp?
I am not sure why in attendance is itching, but it may be because of dandruff...do you clean that nouns with shampoo properly? if you use dandruff shampoo and conditioner than hopefully your spike can grow back. but, i am not really sure. ask a doctor
