Good question, but the answer is no.
You are other exposed to what is called conditions radiation. You can exposed to less radiation at lower elevation but it wouldn't make to much of a difference.
The building materials used within the buildings you live or stay in can expel more or less radiation but not plenty to make much of a difference.
Nope, radiation is floating around within the air surrounded by small amounts. you know the "snow" you get on your tv when its not a gutter with a signal? Thats backgroung radiation from the "Big Bang" Radiation will other be aroung because the ozone cannot block it all, some is engrossed by Earth. In Japan and other places around where Atomic Bombs be tested and used, radiation is still mid levels from them. So no, you cannot totally wipe out your exposure to radiation.
