Can you win blood tested for skin cancer?

Like melenoma or basal cell? Or do you actually own to have a dermatologist/doctor look at your body to see? I enjoy a doctors apt. today because I went within a tanning booth for a week straight a few months ago and not that I have notice anything new on my body that would verbs me, but still, I am a little concerned because I am massively fair and I hold a family history of skin cancer and I required to see how I would get checked for that. There's no blood test for skin cancer, they involve to biopsy the area that you or they muse could be cancer (a dark patch, a funny looking mole or freckle, etc). They in recent times take a bit piece of it off, run some test on it and let you know if it's cancerous.
And "a few months" ago usually isn't ample time to start showing signs of skin cancer. My father was a carpenter contained by his early 20's-30's and be in the sun alot but didn't show signs of skin cancer until his 50's... and he's developed 4 cancerous growths since the first one. WEAR SUNSCREEN!!
