Cold sore question--?

I use Abreva every time I feel the "tingling" (meaning I'm give or take a few to get a cold sore). The Abreva prevents it from occurring, but I am wondering...Does anyone else take them as much as me? I mean, I seize the "tingling" almost every day! What is the designation of this? And does anyone know a good opening of preventing them?Cold sore question--?
I get cold sores by not have enough sleep, not drinking plenty water, one really stressed, getting my period soon, or man out in the sun a bunch.
I have problems a few years back near them. If you go see your doctor he can prescribe a medication that you can thieve and they won't come back (unless you stop taking it, etc). It have worked really well for me and I enjoy been cold sore free for various years.
I was told that a produce of cold sores was an inequity of acidity surrounded by digestion. If your acidity stratum is up, the ph does not have a fate to combat the virus. Supposedly if you drink a small amount of a water/baking soda solution, the balance of tang and ph will return.
Also, I get cold sores recurrently too. I alternate between Abreva and Camphophanic for Cold Sores. I was using strictly Abreva, but it started to become ineffective. I will alternate which unguent to put on so that I do not build up a tolerance to either product.
