Can you catch swollen lymph nodes from a cut??

i got a small cut closing week on the upper side of my neck and presently a lymph node right near it is liberal of swollen and red .. is this because of the cut??? thank youuuuuu!!Can you catch swollen lymph nodes from a cut??
It may very powerfully be that the cut alllowed the introduction of bacteria. The skin may be red but the node is not. But it may be swollen. Monitor this for immediately. Your immune system is at work. Give it 7 days or so. If this hasn't resolved or if it worsens before the train of 7 days (elevated temperature, headache, severe pain, etc.), report it to your doctor.
it can be that or that you u enjoy a infection too.
When you're fighting an infection, close lymph nodes get bigger and become tender. Normally, lymph nodes are smaller amount than 1/2 inch across (about the size of your fingernail). But, with an infection, they can swell to 2 or 3 times their usual size. You should budge to the Dr. you may need antibiotics. GOOD LUCK
localized cuts can basis lymph nodes to swell as they battle the infection. Infections are harmful because they can easily spread to other areas of your body...within are bacteria infections such as staph that are horribly difficult to treat, although these are occasional.
Always be vigilent about cuts and scrape...make sure you verbs them with an antibacterial soap at most minuscule 2 times per day, use an antibiotic oil such as neosporin on it and keep it covered until is starting to restore to health.
I know this sounds extreme but better to be safe than sorry, especially beside a small laceration on your neck.
Keep it verbs and fight infection and your swelling will recede. Our bodies fluently fight infection but we own to help it along as best we can to speed up the process.
Otherwise, you can bring complications from something as small as a little cut.
