Anytime someone smokes it causes mar to their lungs.

truthful evaluation for quitting after one month, no. your body will have time to repair itself and regenerate adjectives the tissues and such. no it wont cause any diseases or precipitate death.
This is such a crazy request for information no matter what age you are you might procure addicted and of course you might die at young at heart age...

sure it can, the crap they put within the cigarettes are damaging, sure your lungs will repair when and IF you can quit, but not a soul really knows what the effects of the formaldehyde, tarmacadam and other contaminants can do long term.
Trust me don't start, I smoked for 15+ years, quit 4x and am very soon quit for 7 months. I miss it, still crave it, but like the certainty that I don't huff & puff with small amounts of exertion.

No a moment ago make sure you don't smoke anymore. Iam 34 and started smoking around your age. I want I never started.SO be smart and don't smoke sweetie.
