what caution should I pinch if any using Omega threeCan Omega 3 and blood thinners be combined?
Those are fine together.
Please ignore spam-scam cures such as the diabetes zone dot com.
it is okay to pocket as it helps to lower your cholesterol stratum
so they are okay to take near the blood thinner
Omega is a fat soluable... so it would b fine
Blood thinners such as coumidin work by decreasing the stickiness of the fiber (fibrinogin) that binds to the platelets to stop bleeding, IE, a clot. Omega 3 oil increase the slipperiness of the walls (lumen) of the blood vessels. This keep the build-up of plac (calcium and other minerals in the blood) from sticking to the walls of the vessel. Yes you can use them together with out verbs. However if you are on Warfarin Sodium make sure you know what foods to hold on to in moderation and to get rid of from your diet. Such as Broccoli, bananas (foods high surrounded by Vit K/ potassium). Also know that lemons and grapefruit will increase the effects of the coumidin.
I may be rare, but I have a bleed stroke using fish oil supplements and Warfarin. I have been taking 6 /day when this happen. I have taken some since next to no problem, but my hemo had determined the supplements to be the mete out.Just do not over do it as my PCP had me doing
please call round this site u can get fitting answers.Get well soon!! May GOd Bless You! http://thediabeteszone.com/
